March Monthly Wrap-up

March got away from me. I didn’t really blog or comment very much and I only finished reading one book. I didn’t feel very well for most of March. I dealt with depression and anhedonia for most of the month and I’ve been dealing with a severe case of the stomach flu for the last week. I’m only just starting to recover from that.

Even though I only finished reading one book, I enjoyed it immensely. I’ve also made a lot of progress with THE COUNT OF MONTE CRISTO audiobook. So, I don’t feel like March was a complete waste. However, let’s hope April is better!

I’m glad you’re feeling better. Except for Book Club books, I wasn’t motivated to read much this month. I decided to start a Robert Galbraith (JK Rowling) tome that’s 1,000 pages long. Ugh.

I tried to read the first one of JK Rowling’s Gailbraith books. I couldn’t get into it fast enough and had to return it to the library before I was done. I’ve never tried to read it again. Maybe, someday.

I am so sorry that you haven’t been feeling well! I hope hope April finds you back to your old self.

I’ve read 3 of your upcoming books (Lessons; Carrie Soto; and Daisy Darker), all of which were good and so different!

Thanks, Helen! 😀 I’m still not feeling the greatest but I am doing a lot better than I was a week ago. I’m glad you enjoyed all three of them. I look forward to reading them.

Ugh, that anhedonia stuff is no joke. I’m glad you’re recovering well from that stomach bug, and I hope April is a better month for the mental health stuff as well.

I’m looking forward to hearing your opinion on The Count of Monte Cristo — but it’s a brick of a book and I imagine the audio is hours and hours and hours!
