My Thoughts

I really liked LOVE ON THE BRAIN. It was so much fun and it got me in the mood to read again. I went into this thinking it was an enemies-to-lovers romance, which is one of my favorite tropes, but this was more of a blind-to-reality-to-lovers story. Despite the fact that Bee, a Ph.D. neuroscientist, was a little dense in figuring out that Levi didn’t hate her but loved her, I still enjoyed this You’ve Got Mail-esque story. I loved the chemistry between Bee and Levi. I loved their banter and humor once all the miscommunication issues got cleared up. I also loved Schrödinger and Félicette (their cats). They endeared me to the main characters and story more.
