Goals

I have four goals for 2022. They are:

  1. Read at least 24 books.
  2. Read at least 50% of my IRL book club books.
  3. Read a book for 50% of the monthly tags hosted by my Goodreads group: Play Book Tag (PBT).
  4. Read every Book of the Month (BotM) book I selected before the end of the year.

I also made two challenge-related goals. They are:

  1. Participate in the Unofficial Trim Challenge hosted by PBT.
  2. Participate in the Narniathon hosted by Chris (Calmgrove).

The Unofficial Trim Challenge

The Unofficial Trim Challenge is hosted by my PBT group. Each of us created a list of 24 books that are on our TBR. Each month, a participating member will randomly pick a remaining number between 1 through 24. Then, we read the book associated with that number on our list. Because there are 24 books, this challenge will last for two years.

Narniathon

The Narniathon is hosted by Chris over at Calmgrove. It’s a readalong dedicated to reading one book in the Narniad per month (in published order). It started December 2021 and will go until July 2022.

The order for the readathon is as follows:

  • The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe
  • Prince Caspian: The Return to Narnia
  • The Voyage of the Dawn Treader
  • The Silver Chair
  • The Horse and His Boy
  • The Magician’s Nephew
