Books I Meant to Read in 2023
I have quite a few books I wanted to read last year. Unfortunately, life happened and I didn’t get to very many. Here are my top ten books I meant to read in 2023 but didn’t get the chance:

“The River We Remember” by William Kent Krueger. I love his writing but the book is 655 pages so I have to be in the mood to tackle it!
Yeah, I can understand why you need to be in the mood to tackle it. When you do read it, I hope you love it. 😀
An interesting list. I enjoyed Love on the Brain. Life does get in the way! I was pregnant until July and during that time completely lost my love of reading. It has thankfully returned! It was very odd 🤣

Thanks, Emily! 😀 I had a friend who had the same thing happen to her. She couldn’t read a single thing while she was pregnant, but afterward, she read just as voraciously as she did before. Hormones, am I right?!
Don’t you hate it when real life gets in the way of your reading?? Real life can be such a bummer! LOL. I really liked DAISY DARKER when I read it last year. It’s dark, but I loved the premise and the atmospheric setting and just lots of things about it. I hope you enjoy all these when you get to them.

Yes, so much! 😀 I’m really glad that I’m back into a reading and blogging mood again. Lol. Maybe, one of these years, my moods won’t be so wonky. LOL.
Tomorrow x3 and Hart & Mercy are two of my favourite reads! 😍 I loved them so much. I also can’t wait to read The Stardust Thief and more from Rebecca Ross. I hope you enjoy all of these books whenever you read them!

Last year, I managed to read “The Stardust Thief”! Once the pace picks up, it’s an amazing read! I’m looking forward to reading “The Ashfire King.” Out of the rest of the books on this list, I hope I get to read, “Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow,” next.
I’ve heard that it takes a bit to get into THE STARTDUST THIEF. I’m glad you ended up liking it. 😀
This is such a great list, I really hope that you love all of these when you get to them. I really enjoyed The Undertaking of Hart and Mercy, as well as Hell Bent.
