Project 365: Week 22

This post is a few days late because this weekend has been very crazy.  Since it’s really the only time Corey and I have to do anything besides school and work (for me), our weekends fill up fast with things we need to do for the next week.  Anyway, here are the pictures from last week.

August 28: This picture was taken in a hurry because I realized I hadn’t taken a picture for the day. I was too busy reading and attending a book bloggers’ social. August 29: I had my niece Carlee cut my hair again.  It’s not as short as it was a couple of years ago, but it’s still short.  I figured it would be easier to do (not do) in the mornings once school starts.
August 30: I love to do origami. It’s one of my favorite pastimes and I’ve been doing it since I was about five years old. This is my favorite creation and it sits on my desk at work. August 31: It’s been a long time since I’ve actually been on campus when it’s full of students as I’ve been taking night classes until this semester.  I forgot how crowded the halls can get.
September 1: This flower is on a tree on BYU’s campus.  I have no idea what kind of tree it is, but I love it because it has purple flowers.  The flowers also come in fuchsia, but I like the purple ones better. September 2: To help get my iron back up to snuff, I get to have four infusions of iron in the next month.  This was my first one.  Other than taking about an hour, it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be.
September 3: I was just going to take a picture of this plant when I noticed the bees around the flowers. I decided to turn the picture into an action shot instead by taking a picture of the bee doing its business.
September 4: I saw this twig and it reminded me of a turkey’s wishbone. I thought it would make an interesting subject for a picture. September 5: Flowers seem to be the subject I take pictures of the most. These were in the front yard of my niece Carlee’s home.

  1. Me to with the wishbone. I forgot to tell you this weekend that I like your hair cut. And I love all the flowers, plants are so beautiful.

  2. Jenifer – Thanks! I thought it was really cool. I took quite a few shots of it and I liked this one the best.

Aymee – Thanks! I’m glad I cut it off. It’s much easier to do, but I don’t feel like i have the same handle on it as I did before when it was short.
