I’ve decided that I’m going to post Project 365 updates each Saturday because it’s the day when I have the least going on.

| April 2: I really learned a lot from Professor Thayer in my English class this semester because he took the time to read each of our initial drafts and gave us pointers on how to make them better. | April 3: I was asked to make brownies for my niece’s bridal shower. I didn’t have time to frost them before I left, and I didn’t bring the proper frosting utensil. The above is the result. |

| April 4: During General Conference, I started crocheting an afghan I designed for Corey. The afghan will be made with 900 squares, and I finished 25 of them. | April 5: I loved the light show Muse put on at the concert. It was so awesome, and it was the epitome of my day so I thought it was a good representation for Project 365. |

| April 6: I had actually forgotten to take any pictures this day so I took this quick snapshot of Cassie laying on my pillow. He often lays here. | April 7: I took a picture of my scriptures to represent the last day in the last religion class I have to take at BYU. It’s a bitter happiness. |

| April 8: After my niece’s wedding ceremony, we took pictures of the family on the temple grounds. At one point, my great-niece Sophie had a melt down so Corey and I took it upon ourselves to entertain her. We got this cute smile as a result. | April 9: I really like this picture of my niece Carlee and my new nephew-in-law Eric. They’re a really cute couple, and I’m happy Carlee found someone she could be happy with. I’m also glad I was able to participate in the festivities. |

Fun! Your niece really looks like Zooey Deschanel in that picture–so pretty! Little Sophie is so cute, too!
Doesn’t Corey have the touch! Looks like little Sophie took quite well to his coaxing
Yay for Muse!
I’m so glad I find another blogger who just started their Project 365 and I just started a couple days ago! I’m going to add your blog to my reader and follow you! Good Luck with the project!

Corey and Sophie are SO CUTE! We wish we could have been there!
This is so fun! I’m really gonna be looking forward to this every Saturday!
I love the picture of the light show put on by Muse. Also, your brownies don’t look too bad! Great shots! I can’t wait to see next Saturday’s post!
Looks like you had a fun week! Can’t wait to see what happens this week for you!
Ashley – She’ll be excited to hear that. She and her new hubby sang at their reception and I thought she sounded a little like Zooey too.
Deon – Yeah, Sophie absolutely loves Corey. All kids flock to him for some reason. I guess he’s just goofy enough to enjoy being around.
Tamara – Thanks for posting a comment! I’m glad you’re doing Project 365 too. I think it will be a fun project.
Amber – I love Sophie’s smile in that picture. She has the cutest dimples and Corey can bring the out really easily. I know you would’ve been there if you could have.
Leah Marie – Thanks! I’m really excited to keep doing this. It’s been a lot of fun.
Jenifer – That picture doesn’t do the light show justice, but I’m glad I captured it. Thanks for trying to make me feel better about the brownies. At least, they tasted really good.
Beth – This week was quite busy, but it was a lot of fun. I look forward to seeing what this week brings too.
what fun it will be to see your updates. i had to laugh about your sewing project. it reminded me of mine and how i always drastically underestimate the amount of time it will take me to complete. looks like your off to a good start.
Rachel – Yeah, I knew 900 squares would be a lot of squares to do. But, I always forget about working in the ends or sewing them together. That’s what’s going to take forever! But, it will be the world’s coolest afghan! I can’t wait to show it off (in 5 or more years
).
Those are great pictures. Wasn’t conference great? And I have absolutely no idea how to sew, so hats off to you on your new project.
Kimberly – I loved Conference. I only got to listen to about 45 minutes of it on Saturday, though. Thank goodness for TiVo!
I’m excited to see your updates. The thought of doing a 365 project is daunting to me, and I don’t have as much going on as you….you always find new ways to impress me (including the afghan!!!!!)
apparently i already said a similar comment on your 365 post, so sorry for the repeat….
Aymee – No problem about the repeat.
The afghan will take a while to finish. I’m sure it will be at least a year (or two, or three) before I finish it.
