So, they also had to "jump through hoops" to get us a loan and we ended up with a really crappy deal at the last second. And we were dumb and didn't know what we were getting into and ended up with an adjustable rate mortgage of the likes that is getting people into foreclosure all over the country. Luckily, we are doing okay financially, although we are losing $6,000 a year on that stupid house in Florida that we weren't able to sell. So, here's my two cents . . . if the loan seems fishy at all, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! And know that we are praying for you guys. Love you!
