Meme Rules

I sometimes participate in a few memes. And, instead of having the rules posted with each and every post, I’ve decided to create a static page with all the rules. If you want to participate, then this is the place to come to see who does what, when, and how.

I currently participate in Top Ten Tuesday every once in a while.

Tuesday: Top Ten Tuesday

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish. Each week, they’ll post a new top ten list complete with one of their blogger’s answers. All they ask is that you link back to The Broke and the Bookish on your own Top Ten Tuesday post and sign Mister Linky at the bottom of their post to share with them and all those who are participating. If you don’t have a blog, just post your answers as a comment.

Friday: Book Blogger Hop

Book Blogger Hop is a weekly book party hosted by Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer. This is a great way to discover new blogs and connect with more people who share the love of reading. Participating can be as simple as answering the question in the comments for each post. Or, if you’d like to participate on your own blog, visit RoaCAW’s blog where he explains how the hop works.

Friday: Follow Friday

Follow Friday is hosted by Parajunkee’s View and Alison Can Read. It’s a weekly meme that features two different bloggers so other bloggers can visit them and network with each other. Participating can be as simple as answering the question in the comments for each post. Or, if you’d like to participate on your own blog, visit Parajunkee’s View or Alison Can Read to read the rules.

Friday: Friday’s Fab Five

Friday’s Fab Five is a weekly event hosted by Froggy at Froggarita’s Bookcase. She asks five questions, which could or could not be book related, so that bloggers and their readers can get to know each other better. Participating can be as simple as answering the questions in the comments for each post. Or, it can be as intense as answering the questions by commenting on her blog, commenting on my blog, and posting about the event on your own blog. The only rule is that you coan’t use the same answer twice.

Friday: TGIF

TGIF is a meme hosted by Ginger at GReads. TGIF recaps the week’s posts and asks a question about books. You can join in by posting your own recap, answering to the question, and then linking up to Ginger’s post. Or, you can simply answer the question in the comments.

Saturday: A Bit of Me(me)

A Bit of Me(Me) is a meme hosted by my friend Danielle at There’s a Book. She created this weekly meme to get to know the blogging community she loves just a bit better. To know what makes them tick outside of books. Each week, she posts a question to be answered in the following week’s A Bit of Me(Me). Participating can be as simple as answering the question in the comments for each post. Or, if you’d like to participate on your own blog, visit Danielle’s blog where she explains how this meme works.
