In the words of John Denver:
All my bags are packed
I’m ready to go …
… I’m leavin’ on a jet plane.
I almost wasn’t able to go on this trip, even though I’ve been planning to go for almost a year. But, luckily, a miracle happened and I’m able to go.
I know that Forks, WA would’ve still been there another time, but this trip is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity because I’m going with so many of my friends and I’ll be meeting more friends when I’m there. All of us share the same passion for Stephenie Meyer’s wonderful world of vampires and we’re so excited to experience Forks together. I’m glad everything worked out so I could go and be a part of this experience! (I know Corey’s glad too because he doesn’t have to go with me now.)
I leave early tomorrow morning and I won’t be back until late Sunday night. I’ll take lots of pictures, so I can share my adventures with everyone when I get back. Until then … adieu!

You are going at the most perfect time of year. It will be beautiful and you are going to have so much fun. I can’t wait to see your pics.
Why were you almost not able to go?
You’re only a 100 miles or so away and you didn’t let us know?! Thanks! We could have met you along the way, oh well.
Becky, financial issues came up at the last minute. But, thanks to a miracle, I was able to go.
“Fred,” I would’ve told you I was going, but I wasn’t going to have any time to see you because my trip was planned out to the T. I’m really sorry. I want to take Corey to the Seattle area some time because he’s never been. So, we’ll make sure we do some fun stuff then.
