Where the Wild Things Are

When I ride my bike, I usually ride on part of the Provo River Trail.  From where I live, I can get to the Provo River Trail a couple of different ways.  If I take one of the ways, I ride by several different types of animals.  I thought I’d take some pictures because I think they’re pretty cool.  On the actual trail, I’ve come across a couple of families of quails, but they’re too fast to get a picture of. :?

Happy birthday, Wyatt! :D

Today, my parents, LeAnn, John, Mary Ann, and Dustin went to Temple Square. LeAnn hadn’t been there in at least 10 years, probably longer, so she wanted to go. She also wanted to take John, Mary Ann, and Matt there as well. Matt wasn’t up for it, so I stayed home with him and Wyatt. Since I “watched” them at my parents’ all day, she brought me back something cool! :D

Nintendo Mushroom Candy Dishes

Aren’t they awesome? I absolutely love them! They’re made by Nintendo and they’re candy holders. They came with mushroom-shaped, Sweet-Tarts-style candy. They’re a royal pain to open ( ), but I think they’re awesome. I like putting their “hats” on sideways to make them look like gangsters. Right now, they’re on my desk at work.

Happy birthday, Parker! :D

Marble ClockSince I was a child, I’ve wanted a train or marble set that let me build cool tracks and just watch the train or marble go. (I once had a marble clock and that was the closest thing I ever got to having one.)

On Saturday, Corey showed me the Magnetix iCoaster and I so want one! I told him I wanted it for Christmas since there’s really nothing else I want that’s within our price range. (My preferred gift is a white MacBook; but like I said, within our price range. ) You can build pre-designed tracks or your own tracks and you can even hook it up to your iPod so the marbles roll/bounce/jump to a beat. How awesome is that! :D
