Carlee took a job as a hair dresser on a cruise ship.  Her training takes place in London anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months.  She moves on November 8th.  Then, she’ll be working on the cruise ship for 9 months.  So, I may not see her for the next year or so.

I have mixed feelings about her taking this job.  I’m super excited for her and I think it’s a great opportunity, but who’s going to dye and cut my hair for only $20 for the next year? Unfortunately, no one. I had her cut and dye my hair one last time yesterday.  She dyed it a little darker than my natural color, but it will fade and hopefully create a smooth transition as it grows out.  I guess the good thing is that since I have such short hair, it’ll only look weird for a little bit because the colored ends will just get cut off.
