I just wanted to post an update on our moving status.  Corey and I were planning to buy a house in a few months, but with our moving situation, we decided to jump start the process.  Fortunately, we’ve been pre-approved for a loan and we’re now under contract to buy a townhome! :D

At this point, we’re just waiting for all the paperwork to go through and to have the inspector come.  The sellers wanted the closing date to be no later than November 5, so it falls right in line with our timeline.  We’re pretty excited and can’t wait to move into our new place (other than the moving part). I’ll post pictures when I can.
