Happy birthday, Alan and Jamie!

Okay, so for the past three or four months, I’ve been working on this evil project at work.  I know I’m making it harder than it has to be, but I thoroughly despise it!  I’ve had such a hard time concentrating on it and I feel like a little kid who keeps crying about cleaning his/her room and doesn’t realize that if he’d/she’d just do it, then it would be over.

It’s due on Monday and because I didn’t go to work yesterday, I get to finish it this weekend. *twirls index finger in circle* All I can say is that I’m so glad I’m finally almost done with this project!  By this time tomorrow, I’ll feel like I can do anything because I won’t have this stupid weight hanging over my shoulders anymore. I can finally start doing what I love doing the most, writing the training manual for the new version of our software that’s being released in October.  Woo hoo!

Anyway, I just had to post something about this because it’s been the bane of my existence and I’m glad to finally be rid of it. I’m pretty sure my team leader is glad I’m almost done too because I won’t complain about it anymore.
