Today, Corey and I celebrated our 11th anniversary. There are times I can’t believe it’s already been 11 years and then there are times when I can’t believe it’s only been 11 years.
We decided to keep it simple this year. (One of these years, we’re going to plan big!) We decided to go out to lunch and see a movie. We went to lunch at a deli that we both really like. The food’s really yummy and I like the sandwiches because they taste homemade rather than Subway-ish.
After eating, we saw Push with Chris Evans and Dakota Fanning. I was afraid it would disappoint me like Jumper did, but on the contrary, we both enjoyed it a lot. The story was really intriguing and it kept you guessing until the end. We both think it was left open for a sequel so we’ll see what happens.
Anyway, it has been a good 11 years. We’ve had our challenges, but it’s still been good. I think I can speak for both of us when I say that we’re glad to be together. I hope the next 11 years will be just as good, just slightly less hard.

Debbie, I can’t tell you what it’s called because it’s under a NDA. However, it’ll be under new management soon and will be renamed Rock Canyon Deli.
