I have officially lost 10 pounds! Actually, it’s 10.1 pounds. I’ve been working so hard; I’m extremely meticulous about how much and what I eat so I don’t go over my calorie or fat intake each day. And, it’s encouraging to see my hard work pay off.
Yesterday, I was finally able to get up an hour early to exercise. I’m so proud of myself for getting up. It’s been so hard since the time change. I feel like I’m getting back in the groove, which is nice because I don’t like feeling out of my element.
Anyway, only 90 more pounds to go! It seems within reach more than it ever did before!

Wah hoooo!! Congrats!
Yay! You are making progress! I would like to be one baby lighter in the next week. Lets see if I can reach my goals as well as you have.
Good girl! 10 lbs is SUCH a nice milestone! Way to go on getting up earlier and working out too. I know it’s hard to get back into it after you’ve taken a break.
Alas, I think you will beat me in the Biggest Loser competition. I don’t know what my problem is, but I am not motivated at all this time around. Curse me and my laziness! Maybe you can make some of your dedication rub off on me.
Way to go!
as always, SO PROUD OF YOU!
Way to go! That is awesome! Do you mind me asking if you are doing a specific diet or just watching calories, etc? That’s so great that you are so committed, I bet you feel so great for the accomplishment plus have extra energy from eating well. I’ve noticed that when I eat healthier, I always have more energy and feel like I can think better and am more productive. Keep us posted!
You are doing great! Keep up the good work.
Theresa, I’m just counting calories. I didn’t want to go on a diet; I wanted to change my lifestyle. So, I keep my calorie intake to between 1200-1700 calories/day. I have also been exercising. I’ve been doing it for about seven weeks now.
